we have created some original, surprising cocktail recipes you can easily mix at home.
Shakers at the ready!
Folle Verte Fruity, tangy, & delicious
50 ml Blanche Armagnac Laubade
1 half-kiwi, cubed
15 ml bourdaine honey syrup
25 ml verjuice
Garnish: flower pollen
Crush the fresh kiwi cubes in a shaker.
Measure all the other ingredients.
Chill the mixture.
Filter into a coupette glass before serving.
Laubade Tonique Refreshing, cool, & tangy
40 ml Bas Armagnac VSOP
15 ml clementine syrup
25 ml verjuice topped up with tonic water
Garnish: clementine segment
Measure all the ingredients except the tonic water directly into a tumbler.
Mix with a bar spoon.
Add a clear-ice Collins.
Top up with tonic water and mix gently.
Finally, express the zest of one clementine over the mixture.
William Signature A vinous, fruity aperitif
30 ml Bas Armagnac Signature
40 ml floc de gascogne (white)
15 ml verjuice
15 ml pear liqueur
2 coffee grains
Garnish: 1/2 crystallized pear slice
Crush a coffee grain in a mixing glass.
Then measure all the ingredients together.
Chill the mixture.
Finally, filter into a frosted coupette glass before serving.
Agri’Spicy Powerful, aromatic & complex
50 ml L’agricole, une curiosité de Laubade
10 ml spice syrup
3 drops bitter molasses
Garnish: disc of pressed orange zest on clear ice
Measure all the ingredients except the tonic water directly into a tumbler.
Mix with a bar spoon.
Add a clear-ice Collins.
Top up with tonic water and mix gently.
Add the disc of pressed orange zest on clear ice.
